it's pretty fidgety, try not to use on Saturdays. call Princess if you get stuck,they can either fix it for you,or tell you how to fix.

You are not alone. I've struggled with the iPhone version while my sister in law has fought with the Android version. Sister in law never did get the image of her passport saved into the app but powers that be seemed OK with just the passport number. In any event, you'll need to show the actual paper document before sailing. Getting assigned a debarkation time has been impossible for two cruises now. Fill out the form they leave in your room a couple days before the end of the cruise & see the service desk if your assignment differs from what you need.The Activities Timeline won't be fully “populated” with events until shortly before sailing. There's a Medallion Help desk (on the Ruby it's deck 7 between the Photo Gallery and Club Fusion) the people there are pretty good at mitigating some but not all of the aggravation once you're aboard.
