Room service is 24/7. If you want breakfast by a certain time the door card needs to be out by 11 pm or 1 am, somewhere around that time. The menu is minimal but enough of a variety from cold food to hot food, drinks and deserts. We did not use the room service but I remember looking at it in case we wanted to.
