My guess would be no. The electrical connections for the table lamps and possibly the triggered night lights (an invasive nighttime ‘safety’ feature Princess is installing) underneath the bed tables have to be on that wall. Plus (as I recall) the switches for the other lights are there too.

Interesting that photos of accommodations on the Princess web site show head of bed under window in ocean view cabin, but diagram shows head of bed against a wall (as I think you desire) on the Ruby. Maybe someone at Princess can look up your specific cabin and advise which configuration you have booked.
