Botticelli Dining Room on Ruby Princess

Dining room food was good overall.

Do Vinci dining room was spacious and warm. Service was fairly quick.

We had anytime seating asked for a table for 2 and was sent to the other side from the Michaelangelos restaurant to the Da Vinci's restaurant. It was formal night, felt rushed no time in between meals to relax. But the food was very good, they have the same food in each restaurant.

We ordered a bottle of wine to drink with our meal, which we paid for first. It didn’t arrive until AFTER we were done eating. The food wasn’t hot. The Head Waiter was very rude, not to mention totally disrespectful of his supervised staff.

Not only was the maitre d' at Michelangelo Dining Room rude (on several occasions) but we were told if we wanted a window table to call and reserve one. When we called we were told "since we wanted to eat early, there was no need to reserve the table". When we got to the dining room, we were told that no tables were available. The first night, 2 tables sat empty the entire hour we were there; the second night, someone did sit at the table a little after an hour after we had arrived. The food was often mediocre and very small in portions. An example of this was when we ordered the filet mignon. When it arrived there was a skewer with only 4 bites of filet and 3 bites of sweet potato!
