Review summary

We absolutely loved every port we visited, even with the rain in Ketchikan and Skagway. But Glacier Bay was the very best of them all, it is definitely a must see destination on your Alaska cruise.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Vancouver is a small port so was a little hectic with 3 ships embarking in same port but went quickly and on the ship to start exploring.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food in ghetto MDR was good, not great. The food at Crown Grill was great and Sabatinis was Excellent. Alfredo’s pizza was very good.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The information lectures on Alaska and its history were great. The cruise director, Arrrmando and the assistant cruise director, Thomas were awesome. Truth or lie game show was hilarious.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Didn’t see a lot of shows but the comedians were just ok…

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service was out of this world good for us. Marnie at Crooners bar was the absolute best bartender we have ever had on a ship. Our room steward, Jerry, was amazing and took care of our every need.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This was our first Princess cruise and loved the ship design and cleanliness of everything.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Loved everything about our stateroom.

Ship tip

Alaska shore excursions sell out quickly so book them early and be prepared for the cost.. But they are absolutely the best excursions around.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Quick, easy and painless !!!
