Review summary

Didn't have time on ships excursions to complete itinerary as advertised. Always too short on time so never saw inside of castles, and other items of interest. This was upsetting, I really wanted to visit and enjoy.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Had serious backup on embarkation day, issued numbers to groups, had to wait until group number called to get in line,p! Waited over 1 and 1/2 hours. Once on board, so hungry, the buffet had been hit hard, wasn't much left and tasted terrible.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
So looked forward to the food since lots of hype about how good it all was. Very disappointed in all dining venues but The Crown Grill, it was great. Don't recommend anytime dining, you only have access to one dining room for dinners only. Breakfast is in Allegro, only for traditional set time diners. So stuck with buffet only for breakfast and lunches. Tea is also only for set time diners, none of these dining rules were explained when selecting anytime dining. Seafood bar on board was really bad, pay for it, and poor service, low quality seafood/crab served. I wish I could say what a fabulous trip on the boat we had, but honesly only our ship steward deserves an A+ rating. The room, balcony and general ship was all good too.

To get to certain decks, have to use center elevators only. To get to one of dining rooms, you had to go up, over and back down to reach it.
