Review summary
I think cruising Norway is probably the easiest and best way to see the remote country.Embarkation
Boarding and security was fast. The port broke a wheel off of our luggage.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Service was ok, but not amazing. You pretty much had to get your own drinks in the Lido buffet and the main dining room service was fine, but not great. The food was all quite good and the buffet was better than other cruises we've been on.
Onboard Activities
The presentations about the port for the next days were helpful.
Entertainment

Children's Programs
If they are doing an activity in the 3-6 room all of the kids have to participate or they can't stay. Seems excessive considering they most kids they ever had was 5.
Service and Staff
Service was ok, but not amazing. You pretty much had to get your own drinks in the Lido buffet and the main dining room service was fine, but not great. Our room stewards were the best we had ever had a on a ship, by far the best service.
Ship Quality
Everything seemed clean and tidy. The layout is a little confusing.
Cabin / Stateroom
It was great to have the extra room inside and on the balcony so that everything didn't feel quite as cramped.
Ports of call
Loen skylift is a must, book directly if you can for cheaper and you ride the same buses as the cruise excursion.

Cruise Nordfjord
The goat farm was a fund trip, only spent about an hour there and then a couple of quick stops on the way back to the ship.
Aquarium is fun and just about the right length to do in the morning and go back to the ship.
Disembarkation
They wouldn't let adults take 2 suitcases down the escalator, but didn't tell you this until you were about to get on.
