Review summary
It was nice having the overnight Curacao and to experience Aruba. We had been to the private island before and just choose not to get off the ship. There are more sea days on this trip. For us, we enjoy the sea days. And, of course, there is plenty to do on the ship. However, if. you do not enjoy sea days, this trip might not be for you.Embarkation

As always, the dining rooms on Holland America are always beautiful, service excellent and wonderful food.

Service and Staff
We are always impressed with the customer service of all of the Holland America staff and on the Rotterdam was no different.
Ship Quality
Well maintained. It's one of their larger ships so needed a bit more time to navigate. However, layout and design was similar to all of their ships so in the end, no problem
