Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Great variety on the buffet, elegant main dining. We especially enjoyed the Italian specialty restaurant on board. We also enjoyed the variety available for having breakfast in your cabin. This service was prompt, complete with really hot coffee and omelettes, fruit plates, china, cloth napkins. The hot food was hot and cold cold.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Art auction was interesting and not pushy. Enjoyed the movie "Wonder" shown during a sea day. Other current movies available on board as well. Pool areas well cared for.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Excellent singers and dancers. Great piano bar. Joe led sing along as well as personal requests and a wide variety of music.

Ports of call

Tampa, Florida

We spent 2 extra days enjoying the Florida Aquarium, River Walk and the Strazz Theater. Downtown was great to get around in without a car. Free bus, and low cost trolley. Many art and music choices as well as history in the area.

Key West, Florida

We took glass bottom boat - limited viewing - and the Conch train of the area. It was ok but rough riding. We were docked in the military port so were dependent on Conch transport back to the ship as well.

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
Beautiful beach area. We did the zipline, eco walk. Well handled. 11 stations beginning at 400 feet. Enjoyable guides who provided safe, encouraging service.

Santo Tomas De Castilla, Guatemala

4 out of 5
A commercial port - interesting to see the loading of large transport ships with coffee and bananas. Excursion to Ak-Tenamit People & the Garifuna Village of Livingston. Very difficult boat ride but the project itself is a great experience. Worth seeing, just be prepared for a rough flat boat ride.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

2 out of 5
Typical cruise port with shops, and sellers. We did not explore with an excursion

Disembarkation

Loved that we were not rushed and could stay in cabin until we were called. Dining room as well as Lido open for service. Best we have had in any of our 10 cruises.
