Review summary

We never got off the ship mostly due to cancelled ports, cold weather. We turned our cruise into an "all inclusive resort" on the water and enjoyed our time no matter the cancelled ports.

Food was great. Service in restaurants was good however all venues ran out of splenda and all artificial sweeteners mid cruise. Service from bar staff at pool and Horizons was very poor. Never was approached by bar staff at pool, always had to go to bar and order all drinks. Was at Horizons bar every night and wait staff was lazy, in my opinion. Had to go to bar for all but a couple of our drinks. My observation was they were visiting with each other and enjoying the band and not paying attention to guests. Otherwise, staff is always friendly and helpful.

Appreciate your feedback. Since they ran out of so many things, obviously they weren’t prepared for all the cancelled ports. Glad you turned your experience into such a positive adventure.
