Red Ginger’s chefs have created contemporary interpretations of Asian classics. The interior simply glows with ebony woods, a soothing waterfall wall and striking, modern Asian artworks. To complement the stunning decor, Red Ginger’s chefs have created contemporary interpretations of Asian classics. Begin with a Salad of Spicy Roast Duck and Watermelon with Cashews, Mint and Thai Basil. Savor a Malaysian Beef Penaeng with Coconut Rice and Paratha Roti. Or try Thai Vegetable Curry with Sweet Potatoes, Aubergine, Mushrooms and Basil in Green Curry Sauce. In Red Ginger, the gustatory pleasures are as striking as the visual ones.

Great experience. Best Sea Bass & sides. Turned out to be our favorite restaurant

I had a fantastic Asian meal that included foods from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The only place that didn't have any outside windows, so designed to make you feel like you were NOT on a ship.

A little disappointed with Red Ginger. The chicken sate is not good. Sushi/sashimi was average. The sea bass was very good but portion was tiny.

Initially dd not select the Red Ginger to dine in as Asian food is not the highest on our list of preferred cuisine. In talking to others on the ship - many spoke highly of the restaurant and encouraged us to at least try it. Our table was for 8 guests. We enjoyed visiting with the other guests. Meal was delightful. Food was excellent - plenty of selections. Food was very well seasoned and prepared. Service was excellent (as it was in every restaurant that we ate at). We are glad that we took the opportunity to eat at the Red Ginger.
