Fun cruise, crew members were excellent. Shows were beautiful. Ship is smaller than I would prefer, but has a special charm. Cruise director, Elvis was fun and his sidekick, TT was fun and made it a great experience. Overall, no complaining here. I was on vacation and even the little things I would have wanted to be better are not worth complaining about. Miss being on vacation already and am already looking forward to our next adventure.

just got home from 7 day west Caribbean cruise great weather and excursions ship older but entire crew helpful and courteous could not have been treated better

Great cruise, beautiful ship on the inside, great music, food, activities & Service. Comfortable bed in a quiet room. No complaints. Smaller ship and we enjoyed meeting new friends several times.

I would recommend this again however not as much on board for older kids. Just a pool and rock wall. Excursions were good for kids though.

This is one of the smaller ships, while the crew was very nice, the ship lacks many things we look forward to having. Food was not as good as we have had on other Royal Caribbean cruises. Main dining we had to wait for entire area our waiter was serving to finish until we would be brought next part of meal. We were 2 at our table and had to wait on 2 tables of 6 and 4 other tables of 2. We did enjoy our ports of call. Not very impressed with the Tampa terminal, very crowded counter area. Entertainment was good.

Don't book this ship, class, or company. It was the senior cruise from hell. A total waste of money.

This was a very good relaxing cruise that I really needed. All aspects fulfilled the expectations.

This was a wonderful cruise. The ship is small but its fabulous staff makes up for all it lacks in size. Even though the ship is older, it doesn't seem warn. The crew keeps it very clean and nice. We enjoyed our cruise very much and would sail on the ship again in a heartbeat!

It was a GREAT experience. Everything was incredibly well organized. Loved the shows and entertainers, music by the pool, great wait staff, etc. If there was anything that I thought could be better was the size of the pool. Could have been a little bigger for the amount of people on board. And needed more soda machines.

Older ship that rocked and rolled with the sea. Needs a new stabilizer. Sea was not rough but ship movement was felt Not good

It was our first cruise. The ship and staff seemed very good to us. Great food, lots of activities. Musicians, singers, dancers were all very good. I like the different styles, Rock, Jazz, soft and reflective. Good music for every mood. The bars, restaurants, and theater were all good. The sea was a little rough I guess. The ship rocked and rolled more than I was expecting. I guess there is no control over that.

We enjoyed it so much we booked another cruise! Thank you Rapsody of the sea and all the staff for making our first experience such a memorable one!!

Although this is an older ship, it is in immaculate shape. Very clean and well-maintained. Staff was incredible, always friendly and helpful in every venue we went to. Our stateroom was kept immaculate and was surprisingly larger than we expected. Tons of storage. Bathrooms are small but manageable. Food was good! Previous reviews I read said that the food was bland and no variety, but we didn’t find that at all. We tried the Windjammer and Park Cafe, as well as dinner every night in the main dining room. Our waiters were incredible!!! We didn’t try any of the specialty dining areas because we didn’t feel the need to.

I expected more from my RCCL cruise. I have been a Diamond Plus member for quite a number of cruises. This was my least pleasant cruise on RCCL. I hope this “new system” is not an indication of what future cruises will be like. I have come to know what to expect from Royal. This was not it.

The ship is older, but well maintained. I was very surprised to see that the staff is also older. Our waiter, who was excellent, was a grandfather! Activities were plentiful and my children really enjoyed the teen club. I was disappointed in the dining this time. I have sailed RC many times and dining has never been an issue. They completely changed the menus. Many 'repeat' offerings throughout a seven night cruise. The chefs also couldn't get right how to make a steak. I ordered a medium cooked steak and it was brought to me rare twice. Also, I usually enjoy the dining room for breakfast, but they have 'cheapened' that experience to a glorified windjammer buffet. The mattresses also need some updating. Our mattress actually felt like sleeping on a wooden board. First time in my cruising experience that I really did not sleep well. I have sailed the Grandeur, this ship's sister, as recently as 7 months ago and couldn't believe the changes. The ports were ok. Grand Cayman didn't have enough tenders, so we stayed on the ship. Cozumel was wonderful as we did an excursion to a beach resort. We also did a private island excursion in Belize and that was great, but Belize City was not very nice. Like much of the Caribbean and Central America-it was very much poverty stricken. Tampa was a quick and easy port to get in and out of. Loved Tampa. We had a good vacation, but after being loyal to RC for many years, we are going to try another cruise line next year.

We were first time cruisers. Not a lot of things for first time cruisers were explained.

Loved it. Will definitely go again but to different ports of call.

Nice cruise, but not exciting. Ship kind of boring, I thought.
