The cruise was wonderful, the food delicious and plentiful, and overall it was a great experience. There was a rocky start because of an issue regarding kosher food, but we were impressed by how quickly the cruise staff solved the problem. We enjoyed our time on the ship. We took this cruise with our parents and siblings. We also recommended it to friends and ended up with a whole bus going on the cruise from our neighborhood. It was very enjoyable for all of us. We are already planning our next one! If the price remains competitive and kosher food is included, Royal Caribbean will have repeat customers!
Embarkation
4 out of 5
We had The Key which should have entitled us to faster embarkation, but there was no signage to that effect and therefore, we waited on the regular line for quite a while.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
There were apparently more kosher diners than had been expected so the first two days were problematic, with very long waits to be seated and then a very long time until the food arrived. At the first breakfast, food actually ran out. But the cruise bounced back quickly and by the third day, they had opened more dining options and it was wonderful and plentiful.
Onboard Activities

Shout-out to Michelle, the cruise director, for a really fun 70s dance party on the third night of the cruise!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We especially enjoyed the Motown group, but all the shows were professional and very enjoyable. The theater is comfortable and there was plenty of seating.
Service and Staff

Special shout-out to PAULENE!! We actually went to eat wherever she was working as a server. Her upbeat, happy, warm, and friendly service make her an incredible addition to the cruise experience.

Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our cabin was wonderful and we are greatly appreciative of the warm and friendly service of the person who was at the ready for any request right in the hallway.
Ship tip
Bring your own hair conditioner! Odd for such an upscale cruise not to provide little bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion as most hotels nowadays provide. Also, I am not sure what advantage there is to having The Key.
For whatever reason, there were tremendous crowds as we disembarked and we had to wait, with our elderly parents, on the stairs leading to Deck 1 for quite some time.
