Review summary

The 3 port cities are good overall however the Rhapsody of the Seas is one of the older ships in the fleet for Royal Caribbean. The boarding and embarking process were very chaotic and cumbersome. The Porto de Santos is really a commercial shipment port. It was not created for passengers.  The quality of the food was average to below average depending on the venue. However. the Guest Services team was excellent.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The crew did their best to try to engage the passengers however the ship is very limited in providing onboard activities in comparison to most of Royal Caribbean's newer ships.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The crew constantly cleaned the ship throughout the cruise. However, the cruise ship itself is dated.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was nice and good for 2 people. The balcony was a nice addition.

Ship tip

Need to enforce the non-smoking policy on cabin balconies. The people who roomed on both sides of our cabin smoked.
