Rhapsody of the Seas

7 Night Alaska Sawyer Glacier (Seattle Roundtrip)

Sail date: June 22, 2012

Ship: Rhapsody of the Seas

Cabin type: Inside

Traveled as: Family (young children)

Review summary

The ship was great. I was very disappointed that the ship only had two pools and that the indoor pool was adults only. The outdoor pool was nice but very cold outside, my kids only got to swim once which is very disappointing.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The activities were mostly geared towards adult only. I would really like to see more family friendly activities.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
The room was too small for all the kids. The toddlers should be in another room. They need to have a bigger room with the older kids in a seperate room with more age appropriate activities.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Pros: The ports of Juneau and Skagway

Cons: The rocking ship most of the way. Also that the kids were only allowed in the outdoor pool where is it was very cold.
