Princess is absolutely the most horrible, corrupt company operating cruise lines. They kicked my wife off at the beginning of our 21 day cruise, stating she was too sick to be on the cruise. We had a written clear bill-of-health by her cardiologist .

Horribly dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. Princess charged us $4,500 for 2 hours of the doctors time. Pure extorsion. They caused us $23,000 in damages by cancelling our cruise without refunding any of our money. Non-medical personnel making medical decisions. They left us stranded on Palma Island to fend for ourselves. We had to purchase flights at extorted prices. PATRONS BEWARE. WE ARE TAKING PRINCESS TO COURT TO GET PAID FOR OUR DAMAGES AS THEY ARE REFUSING GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.

Wow, that’s too bad. I just returned from a two week cruise on the Regal Princess and had a wonderful time. Getting on took a little longer than usual but that was due to checking everyone’s COVID test results and vaccination card. Getting off at the end was the easiest I’ve ever encountered. WiFi was the weak link but everything else was great. Sorry for your bad experience but I plan to cruise with Princess again.
