When asking a question multiple times, multiple people could not answer a simple question. Wait lines that the bar are not acceptable.

Heavy dust on the aircon vents, cleaned the area myself because it bothered me. The bed Decorative pillow was soiled and the cleaning staff kept putting it on the bed. Left the ship on Sunday sick.

Sounds like you had a bad experience. We’ve sailed on the Regal 2 or 3 times and never had any issues, the cabin was spotless and the crew was very friendly and responsive. I would recommend another chance.
