Kudos to Princess Cruises for a great cruise. The "Love Boat" is alive and well. We'll definately cruise with Princess and the Regal Princess again.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Hi quality unique dishes in the main dining room. The buffets alway had a good variety of tasty dishes.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Didn't use the fitness center but it looked pretty good. The Sanctuay and pool in the front of the ship were a great place to hang out. Also always something happening in the main pool deck area.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The comedian, Robbie Prince, was the funniest comedian we've seen in a long time. The other main shows were only so-so in our opinion.

Children's Programs

Did not travel with kids. Actually, very few children on the ship.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was friendly and efficient. Our room steward, Jojo, was the best. He was able to accomodate a couple of unique requests we had.

Ship Quality

Common areas were all clean and well-maintained. Layout is nice. There were lots of small lounge areas to go to to relax. Never felt overcrowded.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin may have been the best part of our cruise because the balcony was huge. We spent quite of bit of time there just getting away from it all. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was very nice.

Ship tip

Be sure to check out The Sanctuary and their afternoon tea!

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

This is where we departed from.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

We choose not to do an excursion but just to enjoy the beach.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Just got off the ship to walk around the main area near the dock and have lunch off the ship. The area is crowded with lots of traffic but there is a neat skytram attraction that takes you to the top of a tall hill (hard to call it a mountain) and you can get great views of the island, the ocean and the port. Try the Azul Cafe if you can.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten Did not visit port

We opted not to leave the ship in this port.

Disembarkation

Soooooo easy and quick.

Traveler Photos

We were greeted with a rainbow in St Thomas.
