Review summary

There are better options out there. I don't drink soda and only have an occasional drink so the bartenders definitely acted irritated when I asked for a drink. To tell me to go up 10 - 11 decks to get a drink was embarrassing for me and my family

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Well organized but very low key, almost boring embarkation deck party

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Main dining rooms & specialty restaurants were outstanding (food & service). Buffet was terrible:cold food, poor quality. As far as drink, I did not have the alcohol or soda package. If I wanted an iced tea or lemonade from a bar on levels 5 -7, I was told I had to go to the buffet on level 16!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Something for everyone

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Great job, every night. My favorite was Horizon!

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
Children went to the teen club on the first night and never went back

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Room stewards and waiters were excellent but the problem I had were ship personnel who would lie to you just so you would move on. If they don't know where something is, they should just admit that instead of sending people to the wrong places

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Easily accessible and beautiful

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Great use of space! Plenty of room, steward kept it spotless. Most TV features did not work

Ship tip

Very laid back

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

2 out of 5
Very busy with a lot of cruise ships embarking

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

1 out of 5
Terrible food and poorly stocked. If you wanted a diet coke or budweiser, which were available on the ship, you were out of luck. Ran out of drinks in two of the four buffet lines. Under stocked so you had to purchase drinks

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

1 out of 5
Beautiful island but the harassment from the locals never stopped! If you crossed the street to go to a shop or cafe you were constantly harassed for not spending money on taxis or in shops to help support the post hurricane economy

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

4 out of 5
Just the lack of harassment made this a much more pleasant experience.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Best part of my cruise. Couldn't wait to get off!
