This was our 2nd cruise on Princess, the ship was beautiful and we loved all the decor. Communication was lacking between staff and cruisers. Some staff members were awesome but there were more that were rude and not very knowledgeable or helpful.

The Crown Grill received high reviews but we were very disappointed in food and service. Our server was not very knowledgeable in the steaks or menu. Would not recommend going. Main dining was much better.

Loved our Mini Suite, beautiful views from our balcony.
Loved the Turtle Sanctuary! Our driver Tim was Awesome. However the 2 1/2 line to get on the tender was really bad, no communication on what was going on between dock and boat. Our ship was almost 3 hours late from leaving this port. Too many people to get back on ship and only 2 tenders operating, bad decisions on that.
