Review summary

Excellent places to visit, except excessive control at the immigration border in St Petersburg. Other places that we visited were much tourist friendly. Public transportation in Helsinki was excellent.

The customer service personnel are useless. At the beginning of the cruise we complain about a safety hazard in our cabin. They are not interested in resolving the safety issue. No attempt was made to correct the situation.

The extra bed bunker that are stored on the side walls were a critical safety issue. We keep bunging our head/back. We asked the customer service personnel to relocate us but were not interested in resolving the safety issue. For 25 days we were subject to these horrible condition. For future customer don,t accept a room with bunk beds unless you have children to used them.

took us 45 minutes first day to get through passport control in St Petersburg. Second day was 15 minutes. They check you going out out and coming back. But it was worth it. Also be very aware of your belongings. pickpockets!
