Review summary

The ship was not designed with the passengers in mind. There is not enough stairwells to walk, the elevators are much to fast to close, the help does not know where anything is and there are no waste container around the ship. Also the food was horrible and almost unedible. In all I would not recomment this cruise line to anyone.

Please learn how to speak English before writing reviews cck. The word you are looking for is inedible not unedible. And why are you complaining about how fast an elevator closes? Who actually cares? I also highly doubt there was not one trash can aboard the ship, exaggeration much? In all I would not recomment your review to anyone.

Just got off Regal this morning and had a NICE RELAXING time. There IS a problem with the missing central stairs and YES you can go to one or the other ends of the ship (if you can walk that far each time) and use the staircase. If anyone cruising pays ANY attention to Cruise Critic they KNEW there was a central stairway problem before boarding. suck it up and enjoy yourself or DONT GO.

We just left this ship yesterday and it was wonderful! The staff on this ship were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed in each dining room and bar like expected family members. The staircases located at each end of the ship were available to anybody who wanted to walk. We had good laughs on the elevators each time saying of course there's room for one more!

I don't cook, so am happy that someone will provide 3 squares for me with lots of variety.

royal and regal were both poorly designed. I don't understand why people always complain about the food on ships tho, I mean if you are a true foodie, then maybe it does lack something, but for average people, its not bad. I disliked the lack of a Promenade deck on the royal most of all, and I would still like to know who you have to "do" to get into The Sanctuary on Princess, we've been in the first group of people on board, and they still tell you its full, come back at 7 am tomorrow... ya. that's what I want to do. line up at 7 am to pay to get a chair

I really don't get people who think that stairwells are the most important thing during vacation. Find a real problems.

We love Princess and about to take #12. We know the issues of the middle staircase on Royal and Regal which was taken away to make the beautiful huge atrium. We walk to one of the other staircases. Food is wonderful too.
