Review summary
This was my first cruise, so I didn't have a lot of history to compare. All I can tell you is that this ship was so clean and beautiful. Our stateroom with a balcony was a wise choice, as I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the feel of the ocean. The customer service was first class! I had many questions to ask the staff and all my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. The food was excellent and plentiful. I will be doing a 2nd cruise in the near future and I plan to book with the Princess line. Hopefully, their other ships will be as beautiful and clean at the Regal. My husband and I have been spoiled! Jeannie Campbell
