Review summary

Fantastic room steward, Glean, answered every question and gave AAA service. Waiter Roy and his helper Alfredo were amazing. when dinner was cold they ran back to kitchen and brought back hot food. (we hate cold baked potatoes and prime rib) 2 days at sea were pretty boring and so many people on ship made waiting times long then. Everything was clean, tasted good and all employees were quick to help us find places. A favorite place was the walking trail on deck 18. The lack of drinking water unless we bought over priced bottles was biggest disappointment, after not enough room in the shows. We had to leave dinner early to get seats in the one we saw. We aren't very impressed with the MANY art sale and DIAMOND sales either. (but then all the cruise lines have them) so we avoided decks 6 & 7 and it was a wonderful cruise and we are going on another Princess cruise soon. We have been on Carnival, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean too and this was the most comfortable.

Once again special thanks to our steward, Glean!

Ship tip

board and leave the ship when they schedule you. Don't go early or the lines are too long. They won't leave without you.

We did the BOSS thing. Really neat and exciting. Reasonably priced too!

3 part tour: bus in Dutch side was good. very good views; water part was ok except the walking around the harbor (sewage running right into the water and the guy singing and talking was weird) last part was the French side tour, where we saw beggars, filth, tumbled down houses. Aparently they never pick up trash. Really good guide, Marie made it worth the price.
