Review summary

We had a wonderful cruise on the Regal Princess. For starters, our room steward, DonDon was the best we've ever had. He was efficient, friendly very attentive and polite. Our dinner in the Crown Grill was superb. Our server, Ivan, was exceptional. He was attentive without being intrusive, and had a great sense of humor. The food on the Lido deck was surprisingly good. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches there. The one disappointment was the service in the dining room, we had anytime seating, the service was very slow most nights in the Symphony Dining Room. Our server for dinner the first formal evening was rather rude, unfortunately we did not get her name. All in all, it was a lovely experience.

The only reason the cabin wasn't great was because of the obstructed view. We will be more careful in the future when we book. Our cabin steward, Dondon, was awesome.
