Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Menus, preparation, choices outstanding without compromising quanity, quality or choice. Fixed dinner hours regularly 'managed' by matre d' to accommodate needs.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Mostly good - with 1600 people, you have to expect not to like 'something' that others will. Production shows the best, unexpected delights in some of the solo performers. Cruise staff eager in spite of the limited options of this older ship.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
South African, Phillipine, Eastern European mostly - very accommodating, remembers names / drinks, preferences, acknowledge you like they're really glad to see you again!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Not a 'modern' cruise- so if you remember when cruising was something standard and marvelous, you'll love it!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Larger, large window, attractive decor, great service

Lots of youth - shops, beaches, fun

Honolulu, Oahu

It's all great fun!

Pros: The fantastic meals, the service throughout, the entertainment was above average! Sea days were most welcome!

Cons: Disembarkation was a mess, extra - and high- charges abound,
