We had a wonderful time and Ernesto in the dining room/ Jensen as out room attendant made out trip unforgettable.

Got on the ship right away, enjoyed lunch, entertainment was not nearly as good as other royal Caribbean cruises and we have sailed many times. We were not able to go to costa Maya due to weather but no offer of a refund. Did we pay taxes for this port?

For the most part it was very enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

I used to find going on a cruise vacation a good value for the money and relaxing. I honestly enjoyed the trip I took several years ago on RC to Nassau and Cocoa Cay much more. I didn't feel hustled on board or in the ports of call. I got to enjoy my massage without being forced to buy anything extra. I got to enjoy the beaches and have a wonderful relaxing day on the private island. On this cruise I felt nickel and dimed at every turn. In future I will do much more research before deciding on a cruise vacation. For what I paid I could have gone to Europe.

Needs more pool side entertainment , music , games, white light show ,

First time taking a cruise in December and was not disappointed. On boarding was very smooth and pain free. We didn't take in many shows as there were not many during our time. The food was delicious and getting on and off at the different ports was very smooth.

I was disappointed with the pool. There was a lot of adults drinking and sitting on the tanning ledge. Very intimidating for children to have to go around all of the adults. The adult pool was empty and the childrens pool was for very young children. We went into the pool once when all the adults went to an event. The hot tub had little children in it and I’m guessing it’s because they couldn’t get into the pool. The pool was the only disappointing part of my trip.

It was a lovely, fun experience. Everyone was very friendly, felt like a family!

Good ship with lot of food options, activities much suitable for adults. Ports Cozumel and Costa Maya is good for everyone.

I enjoyed the cruise a lot. I specifically enjoyed how kind and wonderful all the staff were especially the jeweler's shop staff. They made my husband and I feel welcome.

Overall we had a wonderful time on Radiance of the Seas. While the ship is older, it has a ton of charm and character that you’ll come to appreciate. We would cruise again on Radiance or one of its sister ships!

The Royal Caribbean cruise line has the embarkation and debarkation time down way better than the other cruise lines I have been on. That is a big plus for them. We will have to try a newer RC ship to see if it is really worth all of the hype.

The ship is older and it hasn't been updated in nearly 13 years. Anyone thinking of booking a four days cruise to Cozumel should temper their expectations. The food is average at best. The activities are okay. The entire experience was just kind of blah. I am not sure if I will choose Royal Caribbean for a future cruise. If I do, it will probably be on a newer, bigger ship for a longer duration. Unfortunately, due to the limitations of the Tampa port, I will need to go to Florida's east coast for my next cruise.
