Radiance is older but a great ship. We were unsure about the ship since it is one of the oldest in the fleet. We were pleasantly surprised. We plan to sail on her again. She is not full of activities for kids, but if you are interested in a relaxing cruise, try her out!

We were in the first boarding time. We had to wait a few minutes, but the checkin process was the best we have experienced. The employees were helpful and friendly. And the terminal was not a packed mess.

We enjoyed Giovanni’s Table one night. Very good meal. The buffet was standard buffet fare, but it was good each time.

We enjoyed the layout of the ship. There were plenty of places to sit and watch the ocean without necessarily being outside. We never felt crowded. The ship is getting a bit tired and could use some updating, but we would definitely sail on her again.
Cabin / Stateroom

We enjoyed the aft facing balcony. The stateroom was clean and comfortable. As with the rest of the ship, it could use an update, but we were very satisfied.
Ship tip
Remember Radiance is an older ship. Come prepared for minimal electric outlets!
Once we started walking, we did not stop until we did the customs check, and that was only for a moment. We were outside the cruise terminal in under 7 minutes. Excellent
