Review summary
most notable was the lack of crew or staff. last time we were on the radiance there was always a presence of waitering staff around the pool areas, but not so on this cruise. Quite often was left waiting at a bar waiting for some one (staff) to serve. we have did chefs table on this ship & radiance before. What happened to the lovely books that we were given at the end of the night, or the chefs table apron or the offer of a galley tour....none of this this time. what happened to the desert chocolate buffet late one night ? I had warned my friends of such a beautiful buffet. nothing.... A bit of a disappointment RC. Maybe I got too excited. nice ship & had a good time with most of our traveling party. some thing has to be done about the saving of chairs around the solarium pool. these people must get up at 5.00am and place some thing on the chairs. Quite often no one sitting on the chairs for hours. there should be a time limit then staff remove these towels.
