Very poor experience

Sail Date: February 10, 2011

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

Basically the ship is in need of a face lift. Some of the general areas especially deck 11 and the outdoor pool area.

The hot tubs were not working properly the entire period of cruise.

food is not very good especially in the main dining areas.

many of the passengers fail to follow dress codes while dining and the cruise line chooses to not enforce the rules which makes it unpleasant for all.

Pros: staff is very friendly

Cons: food and condition of ship

Recommends Radiance of the Seas? No.
