First time on queen Victoria and impressed by the elegance and decor as well as the service and facilities on board. We have booked cruises of longer duration on this ship for both 2018 and 2019.

Generally very efficient but power failure in the embarkation building meant filling in health declaration by torchlight. Lights eventually came back on and all went smoothly.

We usually select a balcony but in November decided to opt for ocean view at the front of the ship

A bit noisy when docking and navigating the canal into Amsterdam

It's easy to charge items to your card... Especially drinks.
You can take your own wine for in cabin consumption or for a corkage fee if taken in public areas
Went around on our own and visited Anne Frank house.... Pre book is required!!
Been several times before but still enjoyed walking around and shopping for souvenirs.
