Review summary

Not a very good experience on a ship that is very overrated. Staff unfriendly, entertainment during sea days not of the standard that I expected.

Our room Stewart and waiters were great, but our drink waiter was very rude.

The layout of the ship had a lot to be desired, but the common areas were clean.

The cabin was a good size, but the ensuite was very small and the shower had a plastic curtain, not good.

Ship tip

Think twice about sailing on Queen Mary 2. Other cruise ships have much more to offer.
