Review summary

We were disappointed with our cruise. We expected more of the ship & staff given our previous sailing on the Queen Mary in 2006. This cruise did not come up to the previous level of service.

Our cabin steward with the one staff member we felt operated to the the level of service that we were expecting. Larry was a joy.
