Review summary
Absolute amazing staff! All crew members are quick to handle any of your needs. The ship is elegant and is easy to get around. We travelled with our two children and my parents. All had a fabulous time! While the formal nights/dining were always great, it is nice that they also have a buffet going at all hours for more casual dining as you feel. Sheldon (waiter) was the most amazing guy. He made our youngest feel like a prince.

Ship tip
Take advantage of the White Star luggage service to ship things home/to the ship. Once we were in Germany, we knew there would be limited opportunities to wear formal clothing. Shipping it back made moving around the country a lot easier.
