The refit of QM2. for over $130 million was quite successful, she looks fresh, modern light colors, nice.

I am not sure how long she will look like that, the beige colors were already getting darker, the beautiful sunrays in front of the lifts had already stains, but that is not Cunard's fault, some pax are not fit to go on such a beautiful ship.

Cabin / Stateroom
nicely refitted, just the colors of carpets and bedspreads. There are 5 pillows on the double bed, plus 2 decorating pillows on the bed and 2 more pillows on the sofa!! At least 2 too many!

the few new single cabins are very well appointed, and because of their mid-ship location are more expensive than paying the surcharge for single occupancy. The singles are on decks 2 and 3, no obstructed balconies, just windows. While nice, not a good deal at all!!
