did not use specialty restaurants. buffet I felt did not have as much choice as other cruise lines we have uses. main dining room - main waiter Edgar always seemed in a rush and stressed very little interaction. Drink waiter Moises was very friendly. Afternoon tea was very nice all staff very friendly, attentive and well dressed

limited activities on board I felt. did not go to bingo or trivia - went to every show and one movie

Main waiter, Edgar, seemed very stressed and not a lot on interaction always appeared rushed. Drink waiter, Moises very friendly and interaction. Room steward, Mylton very friendly and room well serviced. Ghev, Purser's Office, did not have good customer service skill. No smiles and very abrupt.

same size as other cruise lines. more hanging space and coat hangers than other cruise ship we have traveled on. Room always well cleaned by our room stewart.
