Review summary

Nice staffs but the food quality are way below my expectations. I sailed with this cruise line many times, and so far only this time failed me.

Embarkation

Need to have more prominent instructions and signs to direct people; when to take out travel document.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
average food court quality for buffets section; but, there are special mixed drink like carrot bisque, Cinnamon and rice bisque at dinner time. Services are great in main dinner rooms; but food quality below standard, and I feel disappointed. In addition, variety of entrees, appetizer and desserts are limited, they are almost about the same every day. Because of that, I was not dare to try specialty restaurants. In addition, it is the first time I experienced buffets close before 9:00pm for dinner.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

Children's Programs

Cabin / Stateroom

Over all are comfortable and clean except: don't have selection for two twin beds. both sides are sunken in the middle. Pillow are not comfortable. I had to ask for extra bath towels as pillows. Toilet smell as we first entered. We have to use tooth paste to freshen it.

Ship tip

don't expect too much for it.
