A beautiful ship. Shopping was a very pleasant experience where they provide price guarantee. I bought a watch during my October cruise and subsequently found that the watch was selling at a much lower price on a Princess cruise in December. I contacted Royal Caribbean customer service and the company kept its promise and refunded the price difference to me. Total satisfactory for my shopping experience.
Standard Dinning was much inferior compared to other cruise ships unless you go to the specialty restaurants. The buffet food quality and selection in the Windjammer Marketplace was very very bad. The shows were good and enjoyable. Overall experience was good and I enjoyed this cruise. They really need to improve the dinning experience for the passengers.
