Review summary

The Pride of Hawaii is a beautiful new ship that NCL should be proud of. Our mini suite was absolutely breathtaking. The balcony was large and spaceous compared to other cruiselines. The only down side to the trip was the very poor customer service. The servers at the restaurants seems irritated and unflexible. Many workers were seen hanging out chatting and sometimes tickling eachother. I was told that the ship was short staffed and hit on by some of the crew members.
