A lot of confusion about making reservations, and no one could or did give clear explanations of how to make reservations. Appearance of food was nice, but taste often lacking

One housekeeper was very helpful. Bar attendants do not like the use od the soda card, especially at night

We had a real problem getting daily service to our stateroom started and maintained. When we did get daily service the service was late in the morning and not complete. Discussed our problem with the deck supervisor twice with no improvement
