Review summary

This was a new, bright, clean ship that was the appropriate size for the islands. However, the majority of the staff needed major attitude adjustments and pride in their positions.

Service in all restaurants was just horrific. Waiters/waitresses made you feel as though you were bothering them. Long wait time for food to be served. Difficult to get into restaurants. Cover charge restaurants were too many and not worth it.

Our cabin steward, Ben, was the BEST personality and crew member we encountered on the entire trip. His work ethic and caring attitude were fabulous.
