Waiters were awesome. BUT room service was non existence. Really!! After a 10 hour flight and bus to Port got to room with NO toilet paper in our cabin (NONE) called and ask the desk 3 times in 4 hours. NOTHING. Had to go find a public restroom which smelled like a portolet. Went and got toilet paper the next day!!!. They also shut the whole ships water down from 11pm to 5pm 3 days out of 7. And NO ROOM SERVICE. Had to go ask for fresh towels. Also couldn't wash our hair the shampoo was watered down. Really!! No suds and it came out like water. And everywhere you go they were working on the ship. Outside your stateroom at 4am banging. Yep we payed 8k for this think about it
Ship Quality

Way outdated and worn out. All the bathrooms did not flush. Toilet paper on the floor. The ship smelled moldy and like urine. They had so much water issues on this ship that they were constantly working it. I literally had to pull globs of hair out of the sink before it would drain. The toilet was constantly clogging. And no we didn't use wipes just the toilet paper. ( When we finally got some) this ship had water issues bad.

Sink clogged. Toilet clogging constantly. Carpet dirty. Never swept the whole time we were there. Had to clean our own cabin. Wake up stepped on a screw falling out of the bed. Shampoo watered down body wash watered down. Had to go out and buy some wouldn't even was suntan lotion off. No toilet paper had to go steal some from the public restroom. They never made the bed or swept or cleaned. Had to go up and down the hallway searching for clean towels. Couldn't see out the window for the crud. Just horrible
Ship tip
DON'T DO IT. But if you do be prepared. The crew says they shut the water down at least 2 time each week. And all you have to do if your not on an excursion is eat cold food or drink weak alcohol drinks. The ship is totally worn out.
Went to a beach got to see a homeless guy drop his shorts to his ankles in front of everybody (NO UNDERWEAR)men women children and piss on a tree on the beach. Never seen that before. Unique
At $700 a day, you would have been better off flying to a few islands and staying for 3 to 4 days on each island. We lived on Maui for 2 1/2 years and the homelessness is really bad on Maui and Oahu. Some beaches we would not swim at due to the little gifts left by homeless people floating in the water. I am surprised at how many people take this cruise when there is so much more to see and do on the islands if you stay for more days on a land vacation.
