Are cruise was on March 9, 2024. Definitely not worth the money we relied to about the ship. We were lied about the opportunities on the ship with young children don’t waste your money. We were lied About what’s on board for our kids? Nothing aloha about

Like I said, in my review, the food is adequate. However, the food in the Cadillac Café is absolutely horrible. I ordered a Cobb salad. It wasn’t a Cobb salad with processed meat.

Could not enjoy the pool on board because we had a little boy with us, our son, and he was not allowed to swim in the pool

We were lied to you about our son being able to go to their splash Academy. They wouldn’t take him he couldn’t go in the pool he couldn’t go into the arcade. He cannot participate in anything on board so I spent my cruise in my cabin we went to shore.

NCL employees on this ship complained about how much they were paid how poorly they were treated by NCL therefore that got passed down to the customer service

So the gentleman that booked our vacation for is told it was a partial obstruction view. It was a complete obstruction, couldn’t even see out. It was an ocean view room.

Ship tip

My best advice to you is do your research before you do a cruise that’s one thing I wished we could’ve done or I should’ve done. It was not worth the money at all. It was a waste waste waste of money at least for this cruise it was.

Unfortunately, if children are still in diapers they are not allowed in the pools. No swimmer diapers are allowed either. Sorry that you weren't aware of some of the policies NCL has in place or that they weren't explained to you by the person who booked your cruise for you.

We were on POA in October, 2023, and I have to agree with comments about the ship needing an update and the lack of entertainment. It’s a port-focused itinerary and most choose this ship to see the islands, not for the ship itself. We were fine with it, for that reason, and had a really great time. I’m confused about a child not allowed in the pool, because on our cruise we saw many kids in the pool every evening. The complimentary food was OK, not great by any means and the service was subpar compared to other cruises, but we were only on the ship in the evenings and in port all day, so it wasn’t a big deal. Sorry this experience didn’t measure up for you.
