Buffet and Liberty restaurant are good, consistent in quality. Skyline restaurant's food quality and service varies dramatically. Among 3 dinners and one breakfast, one dinner was so awful to the point that the meals were inconsumable because of over salted and overcooked shrimps and well-done ribeye steak( paid $30 for it). The servers for 2 nights' were rude( we had a table of 8). The servers had an attitude like they didn't like to have so many customers to serve and food orders came out slow. East Meet West is a completely disappointment. The name of the restaurant sounds like Asian food gets come Western twist or vise verse. But instead, the menu tries to provide Asian dishes but with a complete disaster. Most of the Chinese dishes are so off and taste strange and unpleasant. The waitress served all the same appetizers in one dish which were supposed to be in separate orders. We ended up to have to separate them one order by one order by ourselves. We are a big group with people from different families and had placed ordered individually. Therefore orders shouldn't have been served mixed together.

Except for couple servers at Skyline restaurant, most of the service I received from room stewards and ship personnel are great.

Cabin number was changed to 4106. it is in good overall. but the cleaning service is not detailed with some of days that the trash under the sink was omitted. All trash bins having no liners makes me worry about the sanitariness of the room overall.
