The food at all free restaurants was disappointing. Service in dining room wasn’t the standard as other cruise lines. Food was below standard.

We went to the gospel shows. Didn’t go to other shows.

Spotty service. Waiters didn’t stop at table very much.

There were no outlets by head of bed so couldn’t plug cpap devices. Got 1 extension cord so we could plug 1 cpap machine. Cabin smelled like sewage. Some handicapped restrooms had broken door locks. Seats in Hollywood Theater were broken. Layout of buffet was poor.

We were on this same trip. All of our entertainment was disrupted for the gospel group to have their entertainment and general passengers were not permitted to attend, so I would give the entertainment a 2 as the only entertainment provided to the general passengers was the comedian. I say 2 because we enjoyed his show and appreciated that it was family friendly. We were not given any “heads up” about the disruption to entertainment. A price adjustment should have been given :/

Pride of America is all about the itinerary, but you haven’t mentioned the ports, were they all cancelled or something? If I was doing Hawaii this is the ship I’d choose based on fantastic itinerary but I’ve accepted the ship itself seems totally different to other NCL ships and may disappoint me.
