I wish service and food would be better. The app works only as Wi-Fi and will not work with cellular. That was very frustrating. There was no reminders about Upcoming reservations (dinner, excursions, spa).

Checking in was very easy and straight forward. However, in the past there was welcome greetings with champagne and special dinner appetizers. And on this cruise there was nothing!
