Review summary

NCL needs to do better with this cruise. This trip should be OVER THE TOP. ONE OF A KIND. Spend some money and get this ship up to date. If it were not for the Islands I would have hated my time on the ship.

Wait staff fell short. This trip is a trip of a life time but service was subpar for the price you pay. Staff not friendly, to busy trying to hook up and congregating . Did not go above and beyond. Lazy Americans.

Ship Quality

I did not care for the design and the ship is very dated. I would have rather seen a Hawaiian vibe with all public and private areas in the Hawaiian colors and designs.

Cabin / Stateroom

Toilet was nasty. I had to clean underneath the seat the first day. Sheets were not changed every day.

Ship tip

DON'T . They still have lots of issues with the staff and NCL tries to bill it as a floating Hotel. The price of this cruise was the single most expensive trip that I have every paid for. I EXPECTED OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOMODATIONS. I did not get this.
