Review summary

If you take this cruise remember its the destination not the ship. The ship is not good so don't expect much. Cruise staff is horrible. Not a friendly face in the bunch . We were warned before we left but I just couldn't believe NCL hired unfriendly people. But we saw for ourselves that this is true. Pick a different ship. You were warned.

Food on this ship came out Luke warm or room temperature. Specialty restaurants were not great. Better to stick with the main dining room.

Oh my goodness. We are frequent cruisers and this was the first ship that had very unfriendly staff. No smiles...No how was your day...just seemed like they were doing us a favor being there.

Very small room for a balcony room. Probably because it is an old ship but it was clean.

Ship tip

Pick another ship. This is the only ship that does Hawaii 7 days so if you are stuck make the best of it. If you can go longer pick another ship. Pride of America is old and worn and very unhappy unfriendly staff.
