I can't say it enough. We were charged full price for a ship that was 60% functional. If I had ben given an option I would have postponed this trip. We had a good time, but felt cheated by the lack of functioning venues to enjoy when we were on the ship.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Cagney's and Le Bistro were excellent, but all the rest were closed so can't speak to them. The Starlight dining room was the only main dining room open and it was understaffed so could not operate at capacity. The food was just OK. The buffet was also just OK and also understaffed. It was very clean though, I appreciate that.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Pools were not manned with any wait staff, only one pool bar open. This ship is not about onboard activities though, its about the ports.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The comedian was a little funny, the magician was boring and really derivative of other budget magician shows, short show but that helped me feel like I didn't waste too much time.
Children's Programs
No children
Service and Staff

Way understaffed and we were not warned in advance. The individuals tried hard, but I can not award the cruise line for just okay service due to lack of staff.
Ship Quality

This was a good ship for the itinerary and the place was always spotless.
Cabin / Stateroom

Owners suite with large balcony and hot tub was absolutely fantastic, WE were on shore all day, but due to lack of options at night ended up using the suite more than I thought we would.
We went to Pearl Harbor on Saturday morning before boarding the ship. We did not do a tour but my daughter went to the national parks website the day before at 3 pm Hawaii time to get us tickets to the Arizona Memorial. Everything else seemed to be open as well.
Did you take the tour of Pearl Harbor and if so could you visit the Arizona Memorial? The tour write up says it’s closed because of Covid. Visiting the National Park Web site says it’s open but you need to reserve a free ticket.
