Review summary

The ship was small and dated. We have been on several Norwegian ships and were not pleased with this one. We spent a great deal and felt the ship and food should have been better. Buffets and bars seemed to always be shut down

I think your Tip was right on. You are paying for the itenerary. Don't expect much from the shop itself and you won't be disappointed.

I've been looking at this ship because of the amazing itinerary. I agree with JT1962 it's about the destinations. Can't compare as I've scoured the internet for something similar. Sorry you didn't enjoy the ship.

This cruise is all about the destination, not the ship. Since it is a US flagged ship, it is your only option to cruise Hawaii with out visiting a foreign port before or after cruising the Hawaiian islands. Being a US flagged ship, they fall under US Labor Laws and other regulations, so the operating costs tend to be higher than foreign flagged ships. Knowing ahead of time that the ship is just your accommodations, and Hawaii is the destination, while give you better expectations.

Wow! Gives me not much to look forward to in regards to the ship itself.
